Lily Allen Album Megamix
I don’t want to overdose on Lily Allen, but I thought quite a few of you would likely be interested in this. EMI is offering up a ‘megamix’ version of her new album, It’s Not Me, It’s You. It’s roughly 7 minutes long and features 6 of the album’s 12 tracks. You can download it here. They ask for some personal info, though the clever among you will no doubt realize you can enter just about anything in there if you’d rather not give said info. Otherwise, you’ll be signed up for updates on Lily’s various happenings.
After listening to this mix, I’m really looking forward to this record. I was already pretty pleased based on ‘The Fear’, but having heard several of the other songs like ‘Not Fair’ (an ode to a sexually disappointing ex set against a Bonanza backdrop) and ‘F*ck You’ (only Lily can make that somehow sound sweet), I’m starting to think this might actually turn out better than Alright, Still.
One more reminder: If you pre-order the album at Newbury Comics, your copy will be signed by Lily.
