Ladytron tour w/The Faint
Talk about a match made in heaven! I seem to remember these two touring together once before, but I didn’t catch the shows. This time I most certainly will, especially since they were thoughtful enough to include an Arizona date! It’s in Tucson, admittedly, but beggars can’t be choosers. It’s even on a Friday, so maybe there will be an afterparty or something. My ultimate wish of meeting Helen in person may finally come true! Except I’m sure I’ll go mute when the time actually comes to say something.
Looks as though they’ll be starting out with quite a few DJ dates first, with everyone but Helen taking up position behind the 1’s and 2’s. It makes me almost glad that they aren’t playing Coachella, as seeing them in the Rialto will be much more rewarding then struggling to see them from the back of a massive crowd in the California desert.
