The Odd Couple

Well here’s something a bit unexpected: Peter, Björn and John are set to open for Depeche Mode on their American tour this summer. Seems like a bit of an odd choice, mixing a bubbly Swedish indie pop trio with brooding British electropop legends, but hey, it might work. DM’s other opening act, Ladytron, makes more sense – both in the electropop and brooding regard - but it will be fun to see how Depeche fans welcome the Swedes. If anything I bet they will find it hard not to sing along to “Young Folks”. Now, here’s a butt load of tour dates:
