Spinnerette Giveaway
I first talked about Brody Dalle’s new outfit, Spinnerette, a few weeks back. At the time, I referenced The Kills, The Gossip and Pat Benatar in an attempt to describe the sound. I’ve been thinking about it since, and I stand by it. I’d also say there’s some Garbage/Smashing Pumpkins in there, because I can’t help but hear shades of 90s alternative when I listen to this.
For those of you out there that are digging this as much as I am, I’ve got a special treat for you. I have one of a scant few Spinnerette gig posters signed by Brody herself.

Whoops! Well, she just has the one ex-husband, right? Or has she been married 3 times? I was never a fan of the Distillers, but I always liked her when I’d see her interviewed.
