Heads Will Roll
YYYs obviously need no help from me in terms of publicity, but I definitely dig the video. It seems as though the band is playing a dinner show, and Karen O is ready for a dip in the pool with her prom dress floaties (seriously, they must have had an air pump standing by between takes to keep those things inflated). They’re stage rushed by a werewolf doing a Michael Jackson impression, who then starts ripping out intestines while the guests spontaneously vomit confetti. Only Karen O ends up losing her head, which reveals that instead of sugar, spice & everything nice, she’s actually made of red glitter. I always suspected as much.
