A Camp Covers EP
A Camp are still cruising around North American in support of sophomore effort Colonia, but being the dedicated musicians they are, they’ve decided to release a nifty EP of cover tunes to keep our interest piqued.
The Covers EP includes covers of Pink Floyd’s ‘Us + Them’, David Bowie’s ‘Boys Keep Swinging’ and Grace Jones’ ‘I’ve Done It Again’. They seem like appropriate choices for the band as they’re all pretty low tempo affairs (aside from Bowie, that is), and it should be interesting to hear ‘Boys Keep Swinging’ delivered in Nina’s soft, fluffy vocals.
The EP will be out on iTunes June 9th, and available at other digital providers June 16th. Colonia is out now.
