White Lies NA Tour Dates & New Video

Just when you think something is old, it’s made new again. I seem to remember this Crystal Castles remix of ‘Death’ coming out quite a while ago. In fact, I think ‘Death’ was the first single following the original version of ‘Unfinished Business’. Of course, now that White Lies have achieved a nice level of popularity, it makes sense to revisit something that newcomers might have missed the first time out. Thus, ‘Death’ is being re-released as a single, and along with it the CC remix. They’ve also reworked the video to go along with the remix. It’s quite creepy, with lots of faceless people wondering around. It’s interesting because I honestly like Crystal Castles remixes far more than their original music. Go figure.

The band also announced some North American tour dates this morning via their Facebook, though I’m obviously going to mope and whine that there aren’t any West Coast dates. I’ll just have to cross my fingers that there will be additional dates announced at some point in the future. Come on White Lies, we wild west folks love you too!
