Fever Ray ‘Seven’

Another freaky video from one of the great purveyors of the strange and unusual. This is probably her most straightforward/accessible track on her debut. In fact, I’m surprised this wasn’t one of the first singles released from it. That’s not to say it isn’t infused with that special sort of otherworldliness that’s part and parcel to Karin Andersson, a.k.a. Fever Ray, but for her this is probably the closest to pop she’ll ever come.
