New Release Tuesday
Muse have unleashed their 5th rock opera upon us today. The Resistance is out in stores as well as iTunes. If you were watching the MTV Awards and snapped out of your Taylor Swift/Kanye West kerfluffle haze, you might have noticed the band played ‘Uprising’ live. There was also a snippet for ‘Starlight’, but it was just a tease. The trio will be opening for U2 on several dates, including two massive shows at Giants Stadium.

I’ve already talked about how much I love the new video from Maps, and today you can finally buy the single, ‘I Dream of Crystal’. But you’ll have to wait another month before the new album, Turning the Mind, actually hits stores (October 20th).
Moby managed to pop out yet another record this year (how???), and his latest single is out today. Wired has the exclusive on the video for ‘Mistake’, and I have to say, I think this might be the most genuinely heartfelt song Moby’s ever released. In fact, this instantly climbed the ranks to make its way into my top 5 Moby songs of all time. Check it out.
