I stumbled upon this mind-blowing debut E.P. almost by accident earlier this week. Ever have those times when you just have to keep looping a track? “Ego is the drug/3am” is the track that has everything….. morphing gently from a psychedelic-tinged freakout into a blissful, piano led coda without you even noticing. This is lovingly assembled music which serves as an antidote to our fast-moving times; music which invites you to stop, rest a while, and take in the majesty of it all.

Marc Cazorla and Alex Stiff are the visionaries behind The Frequency, a two-man band hailing from Los Angeles via Pennsylvania.
