Mono Taxi – Love Shows No Mercy To Fools
I have long been enchanted by the Anglo-French duo Ellice Williams (Vocals) and Antoine Collin (Guitar). After some critically acclaimed early forays into the studio. they seem to have plumped for a more pop based sound with this new single.
“Love Shows No Mercy To Fools ” is the lead single from the debut album slated for April next year. Dropping on 21st December (Ciao Ketchup Recordings), the slightly dark lyrical theme is still apparent but wrapped around a more playful arrangement. The single was co-produced by Jim Anderson (The Enemy, Blood Red Shoes). A full UK and European Tour in Feb 2010 is set to be announced – they are well worth checking out!!!
