Journeys & Converse are doing their annual Get Out of the Garage contest. That goes as follows:
This year, two Grand Prize winners will receive an all expense paid trip to play at the Levi’s®/FADER Fort, in Austin TX, to perform with Flying Machines (last year’s winner), this March! In addition, the winners will each receive a one thousand dollar gift card from Guitar Center, one thousand dollars in cash from OurStage, Converse shoes and Levi’s jeans! Deadline to submit songs November 29, 2009 – Online voting ends December 1, 2009 – Top 10 finalists announced December 31, 2009
