The 11-track debut album is scheduled for an April 2010 release with pre-release single scheduled for mid-March.<br><br>When asked about signing to Reekus Records for their debut release, Sweet Jane had this to say ''We have been in our studio with these songs, getting excited about our first album and the follow-up to our ''Blackboots & Blackhearts'' EP. A lot of labels we spoke to proposed crazy ideas of how our music should be presented or interpreted, but with Reekus they understood us and our music from the first meeting, they are such a respected label that its given us a certain confidence in knowing that working together is going to be special''. <br><br>In celebration of the signing between both parties, Sweet Jane & Reekus Records have decided to release the single ''You’re Making This Hard'' from their ‘Blackboots & Blackhearts EP’ as a taster of what fans can expect in the new year.
